On behalf of the individuals and/or entities identified below, of which I am an authorized representative, I thank you for the legal services you have provided to date.

Please be informed that effective immediately, we are terminating the attorney-client relationship with your firm for all purposes. Please halt any and all work you are performing for us and do not take any further steps on our behalf. Please do not contact us or make any attempts to contact us, as we are represented by counsel and all of your attempts to contact us should be made through our attorney Rabeh Soofi, State Bar No. 276105.

This letter also serves as a letter of instruction directing you to transfer to Attorney Soofi all of our file materials, including pleadings, correspondence, and all other material of every kind or nature received from third parties or authored by you or any of your employees and/or staff. It is our understanding these items are considered client property under California law. If you have any questions, please contact Attorney Soofi.
