Samuel Rosen focuses his practice on tax law, international tax and tax matters relating to estate planning. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated with honors. Samuel also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and is recognized as a Certified Tax Specialist. He is admitted to practice law in the U.S. Tax Court.

Leah Abramovich practices in the areas of civil and business litigation. She graduated from Yeshiva University in New York  and obtained her Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law.  Her work is characterized by a commitment to client advocacy and a thorough understanding of complex legal issues.

Li Wei Chen is a paralegal with expertise in Chinese international and business matters. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Tsinghua University in Beijing and completed his Paralegal Studies certification from Cal State.  Li Wei is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and his work focuses on supporting cross-border transactions and business operations involving Chinese entities.

Alexa Quintero is a junior at Boston University, studying Business Administration, with a concentration in Law, and minoring in Psychology. After completing her undergraduate degree she has hopes to attend Law School and focus on Entertainment Law.

Carlos Mendoza earned his MBA from the University of Miami, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Universidad de Guadalajara. He holds a Paralegal Studies certification from Santa Monica College and is fluent in Spanish. Carlos brings strong research skills and a detail-oriented approach to his role as a paralegal.

Emily Cohen is a marketing strategist with over ten years of experience in legal marketing. She graduated from the St. Mary's College with a degree in Marketing. Her work leverages both digital and traditional marketing methods to enhance visibility and drive client engagement.
