A meal break waiver form will permit your employee to waive the required 30 minute meal break that companies must provided under California labor laws.

It is important to have a written document that you use for an employee’s agreement to waive a meal period because waivers are not effective unless they are in writing and signed by the employee as well as his/her supervisor.
