Thank you for considering Axis Legal Counsel to represent you with respect to your client matter.  In your attorney-client agreement forms, reference was made to the Costs that might be incurred during the course of your matter.  Costs are subject to adjustment/change at any time. A schedule of common costs are below:

Common Litigation / Lawsuit Costs:

Court Filings: At cost

Jury Fees: At cost

Postage/Delivery:  At cost

Courtesy Court Copies: At cost

Messenger Services: At cost

Legal Research: No charge for in-plan legal research (California and 50-State U.S. and Federal Law)

Background Checks: At cost

Parking / Transportation: At cost

Skip-Tracing: At cost

Doc Production / Reproduction / Copies (B/W): $0.25 per page

Doc Production / Reproduction / Copies: $0.35 per page

Fax/Facsimile: $1 / page

Special overnight delivery shipping/handling: $35

Any other item: At cost

All advanced Costs: Subject to 12.5% lender facility fee

 

Common Business Costs: 

Secretary of State Fees: At cost

Other governmental fees: At Cost

U.S. Patent & Trademark Fees: At Cost

Doc Production / Reproduction / Copies (B/W): $0.25 per page

Doc Production / Reproduction / Copies: $0.35 per page

Fax/Facsimile: $1 / page

Special overnight delivery shipping/handling: $35

Any other item: At cost

All advanced Costs: all costs that we advance on your behalf (i.e., pre-pay for you) in connection for your legal matter shall be subject to a 12.5% lender facility fee. In the event you do not want advanced Costs to be subject to these fees, your option is to advance payment of the Costs directly to us before the Cost is incurred.
